2. License and Usage Rights
Template License
Upon purchase, you receive a single-use license to use the template for one website project. This license includes:

Right to use for one commercial or personal website
Right to modify the design elements to suit your needs
Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, or share the template files
Use the template for multiple websites without purchasing additional licenses
Claim the template design as your own original work
Share login credentials or template files with others
Use the template to create competing template products
3. Intellectual Property

8. Customer Responsibilities

Providing accurate contact information
Having appropriate software/subscriptions (Showit account)
Backing up your template files
Providing complete and accurate content for customization services
Ensuring you have rights to all content you provide

Limitation of Liability
